LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (June 26, 2015) — Over 100 of the region’s arts and cultural organizations who are members of the Arts and Cultural Attractions Council (ACA) have come together to participate in YES! Fest—A Year of Environment and Sustainability. YES! Fest will connect the arts, culture, and the environment in innovative ways to actively engage audiences of all ages through a wealth of artistic and cultural experiences.
Representatives from five local organizations have committed to volunteering their time and expertise to discuss conservation, climate change, and responsible consumerism after free film screenings at the Muhammad Ali Center this summer. The film screenings, which began on June 16th with The 11th Hour, run through July 30th and are available to the public in the Ali Center Auditorium, free of charge.
