The Muhammad Ali Center has a new temporary exhibition called, America to Zanzibar: Muslim Cultures Near and Far. America to Zanzibar is an immersive, interactive exhibit about the diversity of Muslim cultures in our community, our country, and the world. It offers children and families exciting hands-on experiences to explore in the areas of art, architecture, music, design, travel, trade and more!
The Ali Center invites all Educators to come to a FREE Teacher Preview Day on Monday, August 6 from 3:00PM to 6:30PM.
This event includes:
- Open invitation to Teachers, School Administrators, Museum Educators, Community Youth Educators, and Community Partners
- Free admission to America to Zanzibar: Muslim Cultures Near and Far
- Professional Educator on-hand
- Access to Additional Educator Resources
- Frazier Museum, Louisville Free Public Library, and KMAC Museum will also be here to share their fall education/student opportunities.
