Some of Louisville’s top downtown attractions have a special deal for Kentucky and Indiana residents: $5 admission at four Museum Row on Main partners for the entire month of February.

The promotion encourages locals to enjoy these wonderful attractions that are close to home. Thanks to $5 February, Kentucky and Indiana residents can escape a dreary, cold winter day and take advantage of world-class, indoor entertainment without having to travel very far or spend a lot of money.

Come check out two new exhibits at the Ali Center with the $5 admission.

Americans Who Tell The Truth (open through May 2015) features portraits by artist Robert Shetterly and narratives of prominent civil rights activists—both past and present—who courageously address issues of social, environmental, and economic fairness. By combining art and Shetterly’s passion for activism, this exhibit offers inspiration for a new generation to take action for the common good, for our communities, and for the Earth.

Ali Tribute (open through February 28, 2015): This annual exhibit features photos and art in various mediums about the man known as “The Greatest.” In addition, the Ali Center has an outstanding line-up of free programs and events taking place throughout the month of February to celebrate African American History Month.

In addition to the Ali Center, the following Museum Row on Main partners will offer the discount all month long:

• Frazier History Museum
• Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft
• Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory

To take advantage of the offer guests must show proof of residency in Kentucky or Indiana, such as a driver’s license or alternate ID while purchasing tickets. Others in the party will also receive the $5 admission, a substantial savings over $9 – $13 regular ticket prices. The special offer cannot be combined with other discounts, and does not apply to special tours or events.
