In honor of World Refugee Day on Friday, June 20, 2008, the Muhammad Ali Center and Catholic Charities organized a week of events that included photo exhibitions, a film series, a field trip day to the Ali Center for refugees, and informational displays on refugee services. The week ended with Catholic Charities World Refugee Day Celebration – a festival of food, music, and fun for refugees resettled in Louisville.
