Nicole Yates is a passionate advocate and accomplished leader dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged populations. As the Associate Vice President of Growth & Community Engagement at Passport by Molina Healthcare, she drives strategic initiatives aimed at expanding healthcare access and ensuring operational excellence. Under her leadership, Passport has partnered with over 100 community organizations, faith-based groups, and business leaders, uniting stakeholders to achieve lasting improvements in regional healthcare and development.

Throughout her career, Nicole has collaborated with community leaders to connect individuals with essential resources that promote their well-being. She is committed to advocating for those who are often underserved by government and healthcare systems.

Nicole’s previous leadership roles include serving as District Director for Congressman John Yarmuth, where she enhanced constituent services and streamlined operations. She also managed the demanding schedules and appointment processes for Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer’s office, successfully overseeing the appointment process for more than 100 municipal board positions and ensuring broad community representation and engagement. In addition, Nicole has held outreach and government relations positions with Congressman Baron Hill of Indiana and President Barack Obama.

Recognized for her expertise in government operations, Nicole has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, ensured strict regulatory compliance, and coordinated constituent services at all levels of government. She is equally dedicated to community development through her service on the boards of leading regional organizations, including Dare to Care, the Fund for the Arts, Greater Louisville Inc., Kentucky Derby Festival, and the Louisville Arena Authority. She believes in addressing critical community needs by building strong private-sector and nonprofit partnerships, empowering communities through collaboration and volunteerism.

Guided by her belief in collaboration and equitable access, Nicole remains committed to driving positive change in the communities she serves.
