The Muhammad Ali Center invites the community to come together in a shared day of service honoring Muhammad Ali's humanitarian legacy.

*THIS SPECIAL EVENT IS PART OF OUR 10TH ANNUAL ALI FEST CELEBRATION*
On June 3, the Muhammad Ali Center invites the community to come together in a shared day of service as part of the “Day of Compassion,” in partnership with Metro United Way.
Across the city of Louisville, nonprofits, schools, community partners and more will volunteer and rally teams together, activating on Ali’s famous quote: “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth.”
The day begins with a public program hosted at the Muhammad Ali Center starting at 9 a.m., where community leaders will mark the 10-year anniversary of Ali’s passing. The program will honor Ali and the impact of his legacy, kicking off the Day of Compassion with service projects across the community.
