Second Annual Muhammad Ali Six Core Principle Yoga Flow

He was one of The Greatest inside of the ring, but that was just one part of Muhammad Ali’s legacy. Join us on Sunday June 2nd for the Second Annual Muhammad Ali Six Core Principle Yoga Flow class with live music by Ben Sollee. As part of ALI WEEK 2019, six of Louisville’s leading yoga teachers will each incorporate one of Ali’s Six Core Principles into a unique 10-minute sequence. The 502 Power Yoga assisting team will be donating 100% of the proceeds back to the Muhammad Ali Center.

Wait, what is Soul Cleanse? Soul Cleanse is a pop-up class concept on a mission to support and grow our local yoga community and teachers by hosting yoga at cool places. By partnering with some of our cities most iconic venues, our intention is to inspire both seasoned yogis and those brand new to their mat to practice and build community. The majority of our events have a food/drink component to encourage community off the mat – to say hello, to engage and to support.
